A certified yoga instructor, Anna began her exploration of spirituality over 12 years ago. Recognising her unhealthy thought patterns and habits, she started working on her inner nature – using meditations to find answers, enhance creativity and cleanse her mental space.
Seeing immediate benefits from her spiritual journey, Anna decided to go to India to gain more knowledge. Discovering and falling in love with ‘real yoga’, she completed her teacher training in India and began sharing her knowledge with others.
For Anna, yoga is not just about asanas – it’s a way to a harmonious life. It’s the union of our body with the mind, with emotions, with feelings that eventually leads to the union of our individual consciousness with the Universal consciousness.
A true believer in the yoga philosophy, Anna is a passionate practitioner, teacher and lifelong student. She uses the holistic system of asanas, pranayama and meditations in her daily life to help herself, and her students. She also contributes self-development and yoga articles to publications including Yoga Journal, and is currently working on her own book.
