Top tip for better musculoskeletal health…

“Within reason, keep active.”

I stay in balance by…

“Walking and noting the trees, green grass and blue sky—nothing too complex. Also eating a varied diet, getting adequate sleep and chatting to good friends over coffee.”

Yoga or Pilates?

“Both. Yoga and Pilates, while also great for general body stretching and strengthening, are terrific for control of body motion.”
