With over 15 years’ experience, Sana is many office workers’ go-to therapist for remedial massage in Melbourne CBD. One of the longest standing members of The Alignment Studio (previously Collins Place Physio) team, Sana works closely with our physiotherapists to reduce each client’s pain, relieve muscular tension and stress and restore their mobility. Experienced in treating a variety of conditions including postural syndromes, sports injuries, arthritis, and cervicogenic and tension headaches, she is also skilled in pregnancy massage.
Particularly interested in addressing the underlying causes of postural conditions, Sana’s methods utilise deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling and trigger point therapy. Her success in treating pain and discomfort, combined with the useful self-management tips she dispenses, has found Sana a loyal client following.
