Esmae Morrow

Pilates Instructor
Tassie-born and now Melbourne-based, Esmae is a passionate Pilates and yoga instructor, currently completing her studies in Osteopathy. With five years of teaching experience, she combines her movement expertise with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health and injury prevention to accommodate the ultra-athletic to the desk-bound office worker.
Bringing enthusiasm, anatomical knowledge and an educational approach to her Reformer Pilates classes, Esmae helps her students build strength, flexibility and fitness, while developing a deeper connection to their bodies. With a focus on alignment and postural strengthening, she is skilled at modifying exercises to ensure a safe and effective practice for all.
Esmae’s sessions strike a balance between precision and flow, encouraging mindful movement that supports both performance and wellbeing. Outside of Pilates, Esmae also teaches yoga, as evidenced by her focus on breathwork as much as feeling the burn.
