Go-to stretch…

Downward Facing Dog. Such a great stretch to start and end your day with as it elongates the spine, stretches through the back fascial line, and leaves your joints feeling juicy.

I unplug, unwind and recharge by…

Putting aside time for myself – no matter how little. The body does the best it can, with what it’s got, in the moment it’s in to heal and protect you. We just have to let it.

Top tip for better musculoskeletal health

Move around and move in various ways – this will calm the body, move your fluids, and help you in your healing journey!
