THE PIECE OF ADVICE I WISH CLIENTS LISTENED TO…

Listen to your body and trust yourself. Healing is a journey on which I am here to help you, but you also need to collaborate in the process.

I UNPLUG, UNWIND AND RECHARGE BY…

Being close to nature, especially close to water. My favourite place is the beach. I find myself mesmerised by the sound of the waves.

GO-TO STRETCH…

Child’s pose. Practical, easy and with a great list of benefits. You’ll often see me doing this stretch throughout my day!
