With a lifelong passion for movement disciplines, Nursah is a skilled physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and yoga teacher. Graduating as valedictorian of her university in Türkiye, Nursah completed training in Manual Therapy, Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Mat and Reformer Pilates instruction before moving into private practice.
Specialising in Musculoskeletal injury, Pilates, pelvic floor rehabilitation and sexual health therapy, Nursah spent three and a half years running her own clinic before relocating to Melbourne. In her practice, she found the combination of prenatal Pilates and yoga with women’s health physiotherapy to be especially effective in this area. And it's a protocol she hopes to expand upon in our Studio.
Dedicated to continuous growth and learning, Nursah has completed nearly 30 training courses, congresses, and symposiums. Teaching Clinical Pilates and in charge of our corporate yoga program, this exceptionally well-rounded physio is a welcome addition to The Alignment Studio team.
Nursah speaks Turkish, German and Flemish.
