Reformer Pilates

If you think Pilates is ‘just stretching’, think again. Delivering a challenging Pilates workout in 45 minutes, these fitness classes are the perfect antidote to a long day spent sitting.
Ideal for anyone without acute injury, our Reformer Pilates sessions are performed using a Pilates Reformer bed with a dynamic mix of strengthening, lengthening and core-stabilising moves.  With a maximum of 4 per class for individual attention.
Improve your posture, mobility, body awareness and endurance as you challenge your balance and coordination.

Studio Pilates

No matter your movement goals, our 50-minute Studio Pilates classes are the best way to achieve them.  Completely tailored to the individual, private and semi-private sessions (2-3 people) are available, ensuring an exceptional level of information, care, and attention.
After an initial consultation, your Pilates instructor will shape each session to your individual needs – taking into account how you present on the day while working towards your long-term goals.

Studio sessions are suitable for:

  • those new to movement practice
  • pre/post-injury rehabilitation
  • pre and postnatal women
  • amateur/elite athletes wanting to hone their performance
  • anyone wanting a bespoke Pilates practice
